Aliens have taken over downtown Roswell, NM!/ We visited the UFO museum and had an up close encounter/ Our latest flag combo/ A typical scene in southeast New Mexico/ One of the not quite “bottomless” Bottomless lakes/ First swim of the year/ When you see this sign at the laundromat, you know you are in oil country/ A calm morning at the lake/ On Friday afternoon our back yard was infested by teens in tents/ First wash in 6 months/ We stopped in the hometown of Smokey the Bear & visited the Smokey Bear Museum where we learned all about his life and saw his final resting place. RIP Smokey/ Spent the night on the edge of a giant lava flow. New Mexico is full of surprises!
